What is Sig Rho?

Sigma Rho Epsilon is a professional honorary fraternity run through the Department of Special Education at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois.

What is the Purpose of this Fraternity?

The primary purpose of this fraternity shall be to recognize and encourage scholastic excellence, develop leadership abilities, and promote fellowship among professionals, faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students.

Further purposes shall be to develop and encourage loyalty to the Alma Mater, develop an eternal link among members, and instill in all people an awareness of the importance of special education in the enrichment of overall human potential.
